The vegetable garden is very close, Italy not far.
The wheat for the sour-dough bread we make is grown in the Trièves.
The pasta, the marmelades and jellies, the ice cream and sorbets are all home-made as well.
Our kitchen is based on organic foods. The menus are principally vegetarian and yet... some will appreciate the lamb raised in the neighboring village or other produce from local farmers. Our guests - and the season - will orient the choice and preparation of our meals.
Half or full-board available upon request. Picnic lunches prepared on demand. Guests are also free to take their meals outside the gite.
